snuck away to the cabin to sing and play lots of music, romp in the woods, finish a long over due pair of socks, dye some more eggs, and spend time with some wonderful friends. oh and yes papa surprised me with a ukulele!!

We snuck away to our favorite little cabin nestled in the woods along the Appalachian trail for our annual Christmas cookie baking weekend. The fire burned all weekend as we baked, played games, read books, knit, ate popcorn and snuggled in with grandparents, an aunt, an uncle, and one cutie of a cousin.
